How It Works:

1. The first step is to get acquainted. Give me a call or Send Email! We need to be comfortable with each other's goals and desires before we leave for the mountains. I am always happy to answer your questions.

2. Having done that, I will send you a Trip Description, Trip Application and Traveler's Information Package that will answer many of your questions about the adventure.

3. Fill out the Application and return it to me with a non-refundable Deposit of $500. (The reason for the non-refundable deposit is, on receipt of your application, I go to work for you, booking airline reservations, hotels and working with overseas contractors. Your thoughtful commitment is necessary in planning a successful expedition. It also tells me when to close a trip.

4. Upon receipt of your Application, I will send you an Expedition Planning Guide that provides further information enabling you to prepare for your adventure. This includes: A detailed Itinerary, Commonly Asked Questions, an Equipment List, and information on Traveler's Shots, Altitude and Weather.

Before our departure I will send you a Final Checklist of last minute details.

Of course, during the entire process, I will be at your service to answer any further questions and help you prepare for the trip.
